Fee Accountability Policy
Alignment at the management-fee level.
A defined policy that refunds a portion of management fees under specific circumstances — designed to align the firm with clients at the fee level.
How it works
A defined, contractually documented refund policy.
Under the terms of the client agreement, Logos Insight may refund management fees paid during the previous 12 months if a client account closes at or below 80% of its adjusted reference capital at the end of a trading day.
The client agreement explains how adjusted reference capital is calculated and how deposits, withdrawals, prior refunds, and account activity may affect eligibility.
Important limitations
What this policy is not.
- This policy is not principal protection.
- This policy is not investment-loss reimbursement.
- This policy is not a guarantee against loss.
- This policy is not a promise that the account cannot decline by more than 20%.
Investment losses can and do occur, and drawdowns may be severe. The Fee Accountability Policy is a fee-level alignment measure, not a portfolio protection mechanism.
The complete policy is provided in the client agreement.
